Kevin Lilly began his career over 30 years ago when he joined the Florida Department of Revenue’s Property Tax Division. He started with the Nassau County Property Appraiser’s o,ice in January 2013, as Chief Deputy. During his tenure, he earned the respect of the staff and and his colleagues through professionalism, honesty, and transparency. As Chief Deputy, he worked closely with the former Property Appraiser, Mike Hickox, to strengthen the customer service experience, while providing an equitable tax roll in compliance with Department of Revenue standards.
